  3. ArmA 3: E3 2012 Preview Trailer.

    I have to say, ArmA 3 is my most anticipated game this year. And in a year of Halo 4, Borderlands 2 and 0x10c, that’s really saying something.

    One day I’ll make it to E3. I just wish it were this year, as I would like nothing more than to get my hands dirty with this game in the Bohemia booth.

    Keep your eyes on this one. 

  4. So I know I’m kind of late on this one (dammit, dissertation), but the latest Amazing Spiderman trailer is kind of awesome on all fronts - not least on the front of, y’know, actually sticking to the comics, and not having Tobey Maguire in. Sam Raimi eat your heart out.

    It’s about time the Spiderman IP got pushed over to Marvel Studios, though. After all, Parker was in the Avengers for a spell.

  5. Crysis 3 trailer.

    I’m hearing plotwise it takes place 20 years after Crysis 2, and you play as Prophet. Which only makes sense to anyone who’s completed Crysis 2, I guess.

    It looks gorgeous, but no vast improvement over the previous instalments. I guess that’s testament to how good Crysis, a game that came out in 2007, five years ago, looked.

    And what’s the deal with that bow?

    Take three and a half minutes out of your life to watch the video. I promise if you’re at all open to the concept of gaming, it’ll more than pique your interest.

  8. The Avengers Superbowl Trailer (Extended Cut) in glorious 1080p. EDIT: Okay I uploaded a 1080p video, but Tumblr seems to have stolen the quality. Shame on them. Go here for 1080p, fullscreen, fruity goodness.

    Oh my GOD that 360 shot, I creamed myself. I need a 3D IMAX theatre. Where is there an IMAX?

    I will go to London on my own to see this movie if I have to.

  9. The Amazing Spider-Man trailer leaks, looks awesome.

    The first teaser for the reboot of the Marvel series has hit the web. Filmed with a video camera, it’s shaky, blurry and a bit dark, but still manages to impress.

    This reboot of the Spidey franchise looks much darker and far more grown-up, and I’m loving it so far. Maguire and Raimi, eat your hearts out.

    The Amazing Spider-Man is out in March 2012, and this teaser is set to air before screenings of Captain America: The First Avenger. The film is to feature Dr. Curt Connors as the villain, and for all you folk out there who unlike me didn’t read too many comic books as a kid, that’s the Lizard.
